In 2014, we put together a list of “We Believe” statements. What a person or business believes defines who they are and why they do what they do. As Simon Sinek once said, “People don’t care about WHAT you do or HOW you do it until they understand WHY you do it.” The WHY is most important.
Too many people stumble through life not really knowing what they believe or why they do what they do. Consequently, they are anchored to nothing and are prone to go back and forth on what they believe and stand for. If people like this ever accomplish anything noteworthy, it will be strictly by accident.
Starting today… we are going to reshare some of our “We Believe” statements in our PCC Updates. These statements define WHY Pharo Cattle Company® does what it does. For your own good, we suggest you start putting together a list of things you believe.

We Believe…
It is better to walk alone than to walk with a crowd that is going in the wrong direction. If you follow the crowd and do what everyone else is doing, you will never be above average. We also believe you should stand up for what you believe – even if you have to stand alone.
