    Hi from Kansas! I’m seeing stories these days that packers are seeking 1,200 pound carcasses. What’s your thoughts about this big giant critter concept? I’ve been a fan of your operation for decades and wish you continued success.

      It’s more efficient for them: less animals to kill per pound of meat.
