#171 – PCC® Female Auction

by | Feb 4, 2025 | Herd Quitter® Minute | 2 comments

I started buying PCC® bulls for the guaranteed calving ease. It was life-changing for me and actually made calving time enjoyable. However, the best bonus is the thick, grass-efficient, fertile females that can build a profitable cow herd. These are usually hard to find, but check out the Big Iron female auction February 10-17.

I’ve always had a few easy keepers in the herd. Now, I’ve culled down to only thick , good attitude cows. My 2nd batch of pcc. Heifers going to hit the ground soon. Culling from here on out is going to be a lot tougher!
