Everyone wants to sample the superior tenderness of Certified Tenet® Beef. Unfortunately, it is still very difficult to find sources of Tenet beef. Stay tuned; we have some good news for you!
Nathan Stevenson, a PCC® cooperative producer in northwest Kansas, fed out 14 open heifers that were Certified Tenet®. These animals were processed by Ranch Foods Direct in Colorado Springs. Each carcass was divided into eight nearly-equal beef bundles that average 74 pounds. If you purchase four bundles, you are purchasing half of the animal.
We are selling this Tenet beef for $10.00 per pound. That is a little less than you would pay for lower-quality beef at Walmart.
