It is extremely difficult for people to make a paradigm shift because doing so requires them to admit they were wrong. That is something most people are not very good at. Most people would rather justify what they are doing than admit there is a better way. Unfortunately, that will always lead to failure. We say, “Cowboy-Up – and change what needs to be changed!”
