“We’ve been strictly using Pharo genetics since 2007 – and I can tell you the tenderness is real! When we started a small scale direct-to-consumer USDA stamped beef, the feedback was crazy! I kept getting asked what we were doing differently. Until now, I did not know what to tell them.
“I no longer mention having beef because we wouldn’t be able to keep up with the demand. What’s crazy is the high quality produced with very minimal inputs. We’ve actually cautioned people about eating our beef because once you’ve tried it you won’t look at store-bought beef again.”
