Your Guide to Successful Online Bidding
Follow the steps below to bid in Pharo Cattle Company® auctions online:

Register with Superior Livestock
NOTE: Payment info provided during registration is only for Superior’s use and is not used by PCC®.
Already have an account with Superior Livestock? Go to step 2 and login.

Request Your Buyer Number
Go to the appropriate sale and click Request a Buyer Number (requires login).
Your buyer number will not be assigned until approved by PCC®.

Call Pharo Cattle Company®
Call PCC® at (800) 311-0995 to provide us with your ACH information (if you’re a first-time buyer) and your preferred delivery point.
All delivery points for each sale are listed in our catalog.

Sort for Bulls & View Sale Videos
Sort for bulls using our unique Quick Sort program which gives you the ability to quickly sort for the bulls that fit your wants and/or needs. This can save you hours of time and frustration.

Place Your Bid(s) on Sale Day
Go to the appropriate sale, log in to your account, go to your desired lot(s), and submit your bid(s) as proxy bids.

What information does Pharo Cattle Company® need?
After requesting your buyer number, call Pharo Cattle Company at (800) 311-0995 to provide your delivery point and payment information.
What if I encounter issues on sale day?
Call Superior Purebred Auctions at (800) 422-2117 for immediate assistance.
Do I need to register or have a buyer number to watch the sale?
No, you can listen to and watch the sale’s progress on sale day by going to bid.superiorlivestock.com and selecting the desired sale.
Can I view the bulls before the sale?
Yes, videos of each bull are available and can easily be visited from our Quick Sort program by clicking the lot number of the bull.
Can I change my delivery point after bidding?
Yes, contact Pharo Cattle Company® during or immediately after a sale to update your delivery preference.
Can I edit my bid once a lot has begun to sell?
No, since our unique Cowboy Auctions move very quickly, once a lot has begun to sell, your bid for that lot cannot be changed.
How do I know if my bid was successful?
You will receive a confirmation notification once your bid is accepted.
Pharo Cattle Company® will email an invoice to you shortly after the sale has ended including any bull(s) that you purchased.
What happens when I've bought the number of bulls I need?
If you’ve placed bids on bulls still to be auctioned off, those bids must be cancelled to avoid buying more bulls than desired.
Call Superior Livestock at (800) 422-2117 if you need assistance with cancelling bids.
How can I see what lot(s) I've won?
To see which lots you’ve won, click the “WON LOTS” tab in the right sidebar.
Is there a fee to register?
No, registering to bid on Superior Purebred Auctions is free of charge.
